Philosophy
We deliberately distinguish ourselves from other providers of purely "fun" events. The pleasure of getting involved is very important, especially in team buildings. However, we always ensure that something can be learnt for the team as a whole.
Team buildings, seminars and coachings are conducted by DP Christian Hemschemeier - wherever his schedule permits. Even when other members of our team are involved, we always ensure that basic psychological competences are present and that, even in pure events, all situations perceived as being subjectively unpleasant - this can never be ruled out fully- are nipped in the bud.

We always adhere to the Standards of the European Ropes Course Association in the temporary construction of high rope / low rope structures.

• 3-year traineeship in client-centred consulting and management
  
• 5-year traineeship in Integrative Consulting (AKIVA)
• Other professional training, i.e. in Theme-based Interaction (TZI) and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)
• License to practice
• Certified Ropes Course Trainer (ERCA Standards*)
• Certified training in the construction of temporary high and low-level rope elements (ERCA standards*)

The Team
The same rule applies to us namely top performance is only possible when working as a team. We can assemble a multi-skilled team of professionals from our staff depending on the order/ team building involved. We pay close attention to achieving the best-possible training, especially in the areas of safety, technical expertise and process support.

We also ensure high quality in our work with partners (e.g in chartering boats, specialised outdoor areas, catering).
